Following a strong end to 2011 training software house, accessplanit, says it is focused on expansion during 2012.

The company - which provides learning management systems, course booking software and training management software - says that having secured a number of new clients over the past 12 months it believes it has the platform for sustainable growth into 2012. As a result the Lancaster based software developer is recruiting staff in four different areas and moving into larger office space.

In 2011, accessplanit says it continually identified new ways to increase efficiency and drive down costs for its customers. This constant technological development, driven by client feedback, has been one key to the company’s level of success, both in terms of satisfying existing clients and securing new ones.

The company says it is planning further substantial investment into research and development.

Dave Evans, commercial director at accessplanit, said: “Client wins and new software that is meeting key challenges for our target market has been the reason for the success. We are now launching a recruitment drive and moving into larger offices, at a time when many are cutting jobs and downsizing.”
