Chinese Insurer chooses NetDimensions EKP

Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance (China) Company, Limited (MSI China) is to centralise the management of all its training programmes across mainland China using NetDimensions Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP).
MSI China needed a solution to help improve employee retention, morale and motivation by engaging employees with easy access to information to drive their own learning and development ambitions.
Shen Shaoqing, deputy manager of HR and Administration at MSI China, said: “We think highly of the role that learning and development plays in our employees’ career development and the implementation of company strategy. Our HR department wanted to introduce an LMS to build a learning and communication platform and enhance the learning effectiveness and standard of digitalisation of our content.”
