BP has chosen LiveTime Learning to deliver training to its graduates around the world.

The live online training service from Brightwave uses virtual classroom technology to deliver key business skills in 20 minute digestible chunks. BP has chosen LiveTime Learning to deliver essential business skills to over 1000 new graduates worldwide, in line with the organisation's core competency framework.

Brightwave says it has worked with BP on a number of new features for the service including a streamlined online registration process and promotional assets to encourage take-up of the service as part of a dedicated internal communications plan.

Tony Hursey, challenge advisor at BP said: “We are pleased to be offering LiveTime to our Challenger Graduates around the world, as part of our ongoing commitment to giving them the best training and development opportunities. We are continually seeking to offer training that is innovative and can be delivered effectively on a global scale and LiveTime does just that.”

Matt Turner, LiveTime learning MD, said: "LiveTime has established itself as a powerful, time-efficient and cost-effective solution that can accelerate key business skills organisation-wide. We are very pleased to have BP as a client and our close work with them demonstrates our dedication to tailoring the service to meet the individual needs of an organisation and its target learner groups."

LiveTime Learning won the gold award for best use of synchronous e-learning category in the E-Learning Awards 2011.
