Upside Learning growth leads to recruitment drive

India based Upside Learning is looking to expand its team by about 20% in the next quarter.

The company says it has experienced consistent growth in the last few quarters. Its solutions portfolio has seen new additions, especially in the mobile learning domain, while its customer and partner-base has expanded through new associations in several regions across the globe.

To meet these growth demands the company is currently recruiting manpower at various levels in project management, e-learning programming, graphic designing and instructional designing, marketing and sales.

In order to provide a closer contact for US customers, Jason Clymer was recently appointed as vice president - sales for the US region. Upside Learning says it is looking by offering contracts for instructional designers and learning consultants in the US and the UK. Other recent appointments have been made in senior management positions to strengthen the development and delivery setup at the company's development centre in Pune, India.
