Brightwave has reported 40% growth in the current financial year and expansion of its client portfolio.
The company says it has a reputation for delivering quality, high-impact e-learning solutions and that its recent financial performance is evidence of its commitment to using e-learning as a business strategy - an approach that has delivered results for clients, including Sky and Bupa with whom they work as strategic partners.
New clients include GlaxoSmithKline, Waitrose, KPMG and Babcock Marine. Projects for these clients cover a range of mission critical projects from e-learning programmes to support business transformation processes and knowledge portals, to an initiative to further strengthen the customer experience.
Charles Gould, managing director said: "The high level of quality inherent in our work, people and processes is a key component of the Brightwave brand. Quality and our commitment to ensuring that our learning solutions meet a defined business requirement deliver outstanding results for our clients, many of whom view us as a trusted strategic partner. Our desire to move beyond the traditional client/e-learning supplier relationship has helped us achieve excellent results this year and we're delighted to be working on new projects which build on our existing track record. "
To meet demand for its learning solutions Brightwave has recruited new staff members across a range of disciplines.
