200th organisation selects Edvantage group’s LMS

International security group G4S, is the 200
th organisation to select Learning Gateway, the SaaS based (Software-as-a-Service) Learning Management System (LMS) from Edvantage group.
Since the launch of the Professional and Enterprise Editions of Learning Gateway in early 2009, Edvantage group says it has seen growth of over 30% in sales in 2009, followed with 22% revenue growth in the first six months of 2010. Its 200 clients cover a diverse range of organisations in the public and private sectors including small and mid-sized businesses and global enterprises.
The latest deal involves Edvantage group providing over 7,000 G4S employees in Norway and Sweden with Learning Gateway and other managed learning services including content on-demand and the CourseBuilder authoring tool. G4S employees can access leadership courses and on-the-job training opportunities designed to enhance their careers and enable them to provide better security solutions to clients.
Charles Skipperstøen, Learning and Development Manager, G4S Secure Solutions, said: “We were looking for a complete learning solution that pulls together technology, content and service. It had to be flexible and support many languages. We chose Learning Gateway because it was the best LMS in terms of functionality and ease-of-use. We will use Edvantage group’s services to take our learning programmes to the next level.”
