Content Master delivers for Lloyds Bank

Finance staff at Lloyds Banking Group have completed Oracle financial systems training in just two weeks via e.Learning developed by Content Master.

In July 2010, the Group Finance Integration team at Lloyds identified a need for self-paced e.Learning that would enable their financial accountants to learn how to use the bank’s Oracle Hyperion Essbase system.

Lloyds selected Content Master, part of CM Group, to deliver the e.Learning which had to be task-focused, reflect the complex nature of the system, and delivered within a compressed timeframe of two weeks.

Using Luminosity, the rapid e.Learning authoring software platform, the project team built a virtual environment to replicate the Lloyds system. This enabled them to create simulations and use data to provide a reporting scenario that the users would find realistic. The simulations created using the replica system are designed to encourage effective learning that is instrumental to the learners' daily activities.

The project has been completed within the required two week timescale, and according to Lloyds, has provided the solution they were looking for.
