An online service from MyWorkSearch now provides jobseekers with access to new interactive content, e-learning and tools created by REDTRAY.

MyWorkSearch offers employers a way to support ex-employees through the process of finding a new role. Users receive guidance on the three fundamental steps to securing work – finding a job, having the best job application and giving the best interview. The online technologies can be tailored to individual requirements and help with managing and tracking job applications.

In the past MyWorkSearch created its own learning content but found that it needed a higher quality product to engage its users, so earlier this year it began working with REDTRAY. Since then over seven hours of e-learning content, deliverable in bite sized modules, have been created and are now part of the launch of the latest online service. The e-learning is available online rather than via a Learning Management System and the modules plug-in at various points to communicate key information to users quickly and effectively.

Richard Alberg, founder and CEO of MyWorkSearch, said, “REDTRAY’s original proposal went way beyond our original plan and budget but we had such confidence in their approach that we felt the extra investment would be beneficial and we’re delighted with the results.

“We are continually developing our services and the new e-learning content is a major advance for our business. REDTRAY has helped us to crystallise our communications issues, enabled us to offer content that looks great and last but not least, we have improved the quality of the user’s experience.”
