Learning Nexus has recruited Danielle Rees to spearhead production output for the recently created entity.

Learning Nexus, which came into being in January when Ivy Learning Services and Learning&Safety4Business joined forces, says it expects 2010 to be a buoyant year for the e-learning sector as organisations continue to choose cost-effective forms of learning. The company claims that its business has already been pretty brisk since the start of the year compared to 2009.

Peter Howell, managing director, said: “We are confident that in 2010 organisations will continue to seek good-quality value for money learning and development solutions. We have recruited Danielle to help us project manage the increasing demand for our products in the short and long term.”

Howell added that Rees’ grasp of the learning and development sector as an experienced teacher and training advisor will prove invaluable in her new role.
