Saffron offers mobile compliance training

Saffron Interactive has introduced Saffron Assure, a mobile learning product for BlackBerry devices that is aimed at making compliance training more efficient.
Assure enables employees to download an assessment to a BlackBerry and test whether or not they need to complete a full compliance training course. Courses can then be downloaded and accessed on the BlackBerry any time, anywhere, allowing employees to test themselves at a time and place that suits them.
Instead of being required to take a full training course every one or two years, employees only need to take a compliance training course on a particular topic if they fail the diagnostic assessment. The compliance assessment tests are interactive, with employees responding to a range of activities that assess their understanding of the compliance regulations and their ability to behave appropriately in the workplace.
Assure can be tracked by the employer and each assessment can link back to a company’s learning management system, allowing completion rates and assessment scores to be recorded for analysis and compliance purposes.
