City & Guilds
We are delighted to welcome back City & Guilds as Founding Sponsors of the E-Learning Awards. City & Guilds have given their generous support to this scheme from its launch in 2005.
Dr Geraldine Kenney-Wallace - Group Director, New Ventures, said:
“We are delighted to be again the founding sponsor of the E-Learning Awards in 2008, and congratulate the winners of the 2007 E-Learning Awards. In an era when innovation and partnership have never been so important to achieving the powerful benefits of e-learning and e-assessment, it is time to realise that return on investment ROI emerges from well designed, authentic and engaging and challenging content, fit for purpose. Learning technologies are liberating us all to learn informally as much from each other as formally from experts.
In celebrating the three years of success of the E-Learning Awards, we also see an evolution in understanding ourselves and how each of us learns, for business or personal achievement. The success and spirited celebration of e-learning in its fullest sense is a signature of good health in a growing global identity.”
