Terms and Conditions
Bookings can be submitted at any stage prior to the event, subject to availability.
Payment must be made in full prior to the event. Bizmedia reserve the right to refuse admission if full payment has not been made.
All speakers and timings are correct at the time of printing, but are subject to variation without notice.
Bizmedia will not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control that lead to the cancellation or variation of the programme.
If a delegate cannot attend an event, they may substitute one person for another without penalty.
All bookings submitted on this website, by email, fax, or over the telephone, are subject to these booking conditions.
Discounts
(a) Current subscribers to e.learning age magazine are entitled to a 15% discount on e.learning age events.
(b) Current members of the eLearning Network are entitled to a 10% discount on e.learning age events.
(c) Pay for one full price delegate place and bring a colleague for half price.
(d) Only one discount per person.
(e) Only one discount can be applied for each booking.
Cancellations
All cancellations notified to us:
(a) more than 30 days prior to the event will be subject to a £50 administration fee.
(b) less than 30 days prior to the event are not eligible for any refund and the full delegate rate must be paid.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
